Meet David Maez, a man of many talents and even more ventures. He graduated from the University of North Texas in 2004 with a degree in Journalism and Advertising. David's first venture was Silverback PR, a Digital and Guerrilla Marketing company. He obtained his real estate license and closed a few deals as a REALTOR®, then dove full-time into the real estate niche with his mother as The Maez Group with RE/MAX.

But being the stubborn entrepreneur that David is, he co-founded the family brokerage, VIVO Realty, where he currently serves as the Broker and co-founder. He's also a content marketing and branding expert, regularly contributing to companies like Thrillist and Forbes Real Estate Council. He's a professional speaker and enjoys training and consulting agents and brands on their social media, branding, and content strategy.

David's entrepreneurial spirit doesn't stop there. He's also a Co-Founder of INJEXED MedBar with his wife LaDelle Maez, a med spa specializing in injectables like Botox and lip filler, and laser hair removal.

When David isn't dominating the business world, he's living life to the fullest. He seeks action in both business and life, whether it's running with the bulls in Pamplona, whipping around corners in his Porsche 911, off-roading in his 4X4, or swimming with a shark in the Bahamas.

David lives in Plano, TX with his wife LaDelle, their son Dean, daughter Amaryce and Hadley, and their two furry friends. From his early days in marketing to his current positions in real estate and the beauty industry, there's no telling what he'll do next. One thing's for sure, David's life is anything but boring.
